Excellent Trainers/Staff, Incredible community and AWESOME workouts. Workouts change daily and hit all muscle groups. I cannot wait to get to the gym each day to workout. I love the positive environment, the support from trainers, members, and staff. I also love that GOD is the foundation of this gym. I can't say enough great things about True Grit Fitness! They have truly helped me change my life and the trajectory of my entire family. They are the most welcoming and encouraging people I have ever been around. I love the community we have at TG. The people there really want you to succeed in whatever your goals are and will push you past what you think you’re capable of. They also provide a community that prays for each other. In my opinion, that is really what sets this place apart from the others. As a parent, it is invaluable to have my kids see other adults do hard things but more importantly, rely on Jesus for the strength to do so. They end each class in prayer and help us get better physically, mentally, and spiritually. They also have special classes for kids! We love that our kids are seeing us and wanting to emulate a healthy lifestyle. I can’t recommend True Grit Fitness enough! Come check it out!

I’ve been a member at TGF for almost 3 months. We’re nearing the end of a 10-week challenge that they do that focuses on diet, fitness goals, and working hard. I use to be at Planet Fitness and lacked a lot of motivation and never saw results. You can tell the TGF trainers really care about their members and the community at the gym is very supportive. Most of the work outs are partner based which I really like. Keeps you motivated when you know someone else has your back/will push you. Work outs are 45 minutes and will definitely test you physically. At the half way point in the challenge I already dropped 4lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle. Can’t wait to see how far I go with TGF! If you’re looking for a great gym with a supportive culture I’d highly recommend checking out True Grit!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! True Grit is something special. Anyone at any fitness level can come and get a great workout! The trainers are experts at finding modifications for movements if you need and it is the most welcoming environment. You will definitely leave feeling strong! The community is what really keeps me coming back. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and willing to partner up. It’s the best place to call your fitness home.

This gym is straight up amazing. The workouts are challenging and the instructors help motivate you through them. One of the most impressive things about this gym is the camaraderie with my fellow members. You get to know others that regularly workout at the same time and build some amazing friendships. Come give TG a chance, you won’t be disappointed!!
