I really love going to this gym! It's so close by my home. I've had a membership from quite some time but I'm really going more now as a fresh start into a healthier lifestyle. I always feel comfortable going, I love the new equipment and the staff are always friendly with me.

This is my home gym and I use to love it but the new remodel has given it a bro gym feel. You took out a bunch of machines and replaced them with weight machines that normal people are not going to use. Most of the new machines feel cheap and unstable. Please bring back the leg press that was in the 30 min cycle section and please bring back the leg abduction machines. The cheap one that is suppose to do both is no where near the same- the seat doesnt even adjust so if your legs are short or long, you can't use it. Some of the new machines don't even count for you. Yes I can count, but I don't want to. Put all the bro gym equipment in the back area and bring in some more machines. This location has always been packed after work and now there are less machines to use.

Been going here for a year and I’ll have to say this place is clean. The equipment is nice and maintained well. And the newly remodel is nice. The problem I have, and others also have, is this one supervisor or manager (not sure), Krista can be very rude and condescending to many people. She doesn't seem to be very friendly for a supervisor or manager. They can’t seem to keep the place staffed turnover seems high and wondering if the reason is the workers may also not get along with their management?! Not clear, but it’s obvious this gym struggles with the customers and staff for some reason! Improve the customer experience and it would be great.

This is my home PF, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the new plate loaded equipment after being out of state for a few months. Really looking forward to having more effective workouts here!

Edit: upped to 3 for now bc of the awesome staff. They really seem great here. They're aware of the issue (they confirmed it too) and are going to see what they can do to help. The new ellipticals really are unusable if you're over about 150lbs. Hopefully can get a good solution or get at least a few of the old ones back for us bigger dudes. I really appreciate it. Ty! ~~~~~~~~ Planet Fitness used to be for the average person, now it seems they're trying to be a budget gym bro place, which would be fine if they didn't feel the need to get rid of all the good stuff for overweight ppl and replace it with cheap feeling junk "Matrix" brand machines. As a combo between a overweight person but also likes to lift, it now only suits half my needs. I loved this gym before, and I'd love it even more with some of the new stuff and the good old cardio machines. To start with a positive, the new Racks for deadlifts and squats are great, that's why 2 vs 1 star. I like some of the new free weight stuff. Good for getting big. Also, the management seem pretty nice and I know its likely not their fault. also reason for the 2 vs 1. I do feel bad bc they seem to do a good job themselves, it's not their fault. The bad. The new "matrix" cardio equipment is beyond flaming trash and an absolute embarrassment. They got rid of all the arc trainers, the ellipticals are borderline unusable (i had to put plates on them to stabilize them) and are awkward and painful to use. The old ones were PERFECT! Oh, also, there's only like 6 total now so always a wait, altho noone seems to use them very long (before ppl could go awhile without pain is my guess) so at least it goes quick now since noone wants to get hurt lolol. Cup half full, ligament half torn. You have to put actual plates on the legs to support the ellipticals (unless you only wanna do walking speeds or weigh
