As most of the reviews already shared, Michelle is the very best! She clearly values working with women through their fitness journey. She explains and modifies within individual and group sessions. The gym itself is smaller in size but includes substantial equipment for a range of exercises. Michelle works you hard, makes you sweat, and actually cares about you. Highly recommend this gym!

I recently joined Diamond Fitness and I am so glad I made this decision. Michelle is so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The class sizes are fairly small and she takes the time to work with each individual. She also teaches the class in a way that makes everyone feel successful while getting a good workout in! The other attendees of the class are welcoming and kind so it is a great atmosphere.

Great place to work out! Michelle takes her time with everyone. She explains the way you should do the exercises without injury. Very good work out place for anyone looking for a great group of determined woman working to get fit and healthy. Very friendly environment.

Michelle is the best. My entire life I have been trying to lose weight and could never stick to a workout. Her strength training for beginners class is the one thing that actually gave me hope! I actually look forward to working out now, and I can say I have never said that before in my life! She is great at telling you other things you can do if you have an injury as well which is huge for me. Everyone in the class is so friendly and it feels like a big family. I will be recommending everyone to her!

Highly recommended especially to my Muslim sisters who are looking for modest women only places to workout. Instructor is very caring and helpful friendly person, she welcomes everyone with open arms. I’m so glad that I found this place.
