Ignite Performance

Love the Ignite Performance strategy! One on one coaching with workouts geared towards my personal development based on an initial and periodic assessments. The workout is different every time. No chance to get bored. And the coaches are awesome! Personable, relatable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Best thing I’ve done for myself and my health in a long time given it’s been years since I’ve done strength training. Feeling more fit and energized just a few weeks in!

Ignite Performance is top notch. The staff is fantastic. They are extremely helpful in goal setting, planning, and execution. Unlike many gyms who are simply out for your money, these coaches genuinely want you to succeed in your health and fitness goals. The equipment is top notch and well taken care of. I highly recommend this fitness center to anyone looking to better themselves or their children.

My daughter recently tore her ACL and had been struggling to find excitement in weeks filled with rehab. When chance happened to connect us with Ignite Performance and coaches Nathan, Scott, and Lindsey, my daughters attitude did a 180. Not only has her whole attitude on therapy changed, but the improvement in her physical ability and rehabilitation progress is striking. At Ignite, my daughter has found coaches who have walked in her shoes and faced recovery from serious sports related injuries. The personal care and limited number of athletes built into the Ignite model are exactly what she needed. If you are a parent of a serious or dedicated athlete you will not find a better environment in which your child will thrive.

Ignite is wonderful! The trainers are superb, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a great group of people! The programming is for you specifically. This is not group exercise class but a personal training plan. You will get pushed out of your comfort zone and encouraged all the way. I am really enjoying Ignite.
