Deep Soul Yoga + Sauna

I have lived in Kernersville for 6 yrs and have tried multiple saunas but this place is by far the absolute best. They are the only place near me that has the traditional Finnish Sauna & Cold Plunge!(in the same room). I went for the first time yesterday and did the sauna and cold plunge and felt absolutely euphoric! I have never experienced anything quite like this, my skin felt so smooth and I felt as if I could run a marathon after. The studio and sauna room are very clean. The owner Andrea was beyond amazing, she is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and welcoming. I will definitely be trying the hot yoga/yoga soon. Her introductory price of $25.00 for the sauna/cold plunge for a hour was by far the best.value I have ever found. This will be the only place i will be going to, I have found my happy place.

Brand new and very welcoming and cozy studio. Andrea has a great energy and her class was incredible. She showed me the studio, made sure I had everything I needed prior the class and I left it there feeling energized and ready for my Friday after a warm yoga class. I am definitely coming back and can't wait to try the sauna/cold plunge room.

This brand new yoga studio is AMAZING!! The facility is so clean, organized, and the decorations give the place a bright welcoming cozy feel. The instructors are very knowledgeable and help you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The sauna and cold plunge are located in a private room with Bluetooth! The owner Andrea is the SWEETEST! She is a joy to talk to and so passionate about her business! If you are looking for a positive and hospitable yoga community this is the place!

Just had my first sauna/cold plunge today here. Wow Amazing is an understatement!! The eucalyptus water you put on the coals and breath in clears your sinuses. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards headache was gone and stress level down and open sinuses. Come on over and try $25 now for a limited time.

The experience was wonderful! The instructors voice was very calming and was always encouraging clients to feel at ease and relaxed. I will definitely be going back!
