Andrea’s class is the best Pilates class I’ve ever taken. She is consistently great and always coming up with new combinations to challenge and tone. I would take her class every time she teaches if I could:) but for now Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are a must.

Doretta was a really great instructor with quite a bit of patience. She made a first time Pilates participant feel really comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and great with the specific terminology. Thanks Doretta, I can’t wait to take another one of your classes!

I took my first Pilates class today. It was an intro class. I didn’t know what to expect but it was phenomenal. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who assisted me and guided me. The instructor, Doretta, was patient and kind with us newbies. She explained everything great and explained the ‘why’ to it all which for me helps connect the benefits and logic behind movements. My body felt great afterwards and this was just a short introduction to Pilates. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Such a great class! Christina is very engaging and puts you at ease. I am only in my second month of doing Pilates and taking her class has allowed me to not only learn the basics, but has helped with my sciatica pain.

Amy is knowledgeable and makes the Pilates sessions enjoyable. She makes sure that the student’s form is correct to make sure the movements are safe for the body.
