Blink Fitness Gun Hill

I recently called to inquire about membership, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected to reach a professional, but when I said hello, the representative simply responded with "Hello" instead of introducing themselves or the company. I asked if I had reached a personal number or if this was Blinks Fitness, and she confirmed it was Blinks, then asked how she could help. At that moment, I thought to myself, "This is not the place for me." I decided to decline further engagement. The lack of professionalism in a business setting was astonishing. If this is how I was treated during my very first interaction, I can only imagine how I would be treated as a member. I have never been so disappointed in my life. No thank you; I will look for options elsewhere.

I personally love this gym as it doesn’t get too full, Is clean, and has great employees. One time my phone had fallen in the stair-master and they took apart the machine to get it back on the spot.

Gym is pretty cool. I usually go after work. Always neat. Staff is pretty friendly. I still have to use my free training session as well. Def good for in and out workouts. Would def recommend to anyone.

I wanted to write this review in Survey Monkey, but the link expired. I'd like to mention that the staff does a great job at being friendly and keeping the gym clean. The way they act helps to keep a comfortable gym experience. I do have a lot of enjoyable interactions with them. These moments have an influence on me coming back. The staff does deserve to be shown appreciation for their personalities and how they work.

This place is well maintained and bathroom is great unlike the blink fitness in cross country Yonkers
