This gym has great facilities, top equipment, and a great atmosphere! I love the one-on-one personal training. My trainer here is Gilad Gabai. He is very professional, friendly, and cares about your goals and needs. I love working with Gilad. He is very accommodating with his schedule and easy to work with!

This is a great gym to workout in. Great equipment, clean and well maintained. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and make it easy to Talk to and ask questions. They make your time there fun and treat you like family. Very encouraging

I love this Gym. It's clean and you feel comfortable working out. I train with Frankie but the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She always makes me feel welcome. We needed a place like this in Rockland :)
