YMCA Lockport

I had a great experience at the YMCA Lockport! The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with a wide range of fitness options. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer guidance. I particularly enjoyed the variety of group classes and the state-of-the-art gym equipment. The community-oriented atmosphere and the range of programs for all ages make it a fantastic place for both fitness and family activities. If you’re looking for a supportive and engaging environment to stay active, YMCA Lockport is an excellent choice!

All around amazing, a very welcoming atmosphere, indoor track basketball, volleyball, rock climbing,free weights,pool sauna, steam room, private showers, loved being ble to walk around the track 2 -times in between work out set's. I went as a guest and am coming back as a client.

I liked this place until I found out they decided to change my payment plan without any notification. They send pointless emails but not once did they contact me about my membership fees. I did exactly what they required of me, brought in the required paperwork for a discounted rates. The person signing me up said I was all set. My price was $25 a month. Within the first month I get a notification, do to increase my membership will go up $10 . That was a little to much but I thought, ok i can make that work. Unfortunately they decided change my plan again (without notification) and charge me $57 a month instead. When I brought it up to the front desk I was told I did not bring in the paperwork and was made to feel like I was lying to her. Very disappointed, very disrespectful and very misleading.

Clean facilities, great pool for kids, nice sauna and steam room. Great child watch hours and play area.

I've been going to this gym for a few years and really like it. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and there's a good variety of equipment. My only gripe is that there's just one cable machine, so it can get crowded at times. Otherwise, it's a great gym!
