A very strange and unfriendly place. We are expected to drop off our kids, and they disappear into a giant gymnasium. The parents are not allowed to enter the gym and can’t even see it very well. An hour later, the kids return to us and apparently we are supposed to just….. go home. No one checks to make sure the kids are going home safely with the correct parents. No one even says hello. There is a front desk but I have never seen anyone sitting at it. Parents have zero contact with the teachers/coaches and we have no idea what our kids are doing or learning. My kids were also given armloads of candy which seemed unsafe and unnecessary. After a few weeks here, we decided we were done because it all seems very unprofessional here and just… odd. Made me uncomfortable.

Our cheer organization has been using Flips for years and we are NEVER disappointed. The kids love every staff member. They are awesome with all ages especially the 4 and 5 year olds.

My girls enjoy coming here. I’m unsure if they’re making progress at all, since there’s 0 contact with the coaches. It’s bizarre to me that there’s not much customer service here.when we joined we had to figure out who the coach was and what group they were in, without any guidance from a staff member. Trying to find someone to take your payment for the month is also tough. No one is ever at the front desk and you have to sit and watch and try to wave someone down to pay your bill. and that’s if they are even capable of taking your payment. The biggest con of this place in my opinion is, no one makes sure children are leaving with the the correct adults or if they’re just walking out of the building on their own. That’s very concerning.

Just had my daughters birthday party there and was extremely disappointed. The staff were very rude, 2 adult employees were fighting while the party was going on, I was asked to not sit on a mat while taking pictures at my own child's party. I was under the impression the children would be playing for an hour, but basically they sat until it was their turn to participate. I was also told plates and napkins would be provided for pizza, yet none were brought in and they wanted to use our cake plates until I questioned why there weren't plates for pizza when they told me those would be provided. I literally felt like everything we did was wrong, and the staff was talking behind our back. It was honestly the worst party I have ever had for my kids and quite frankly I was embarrassed.

We did a Birthday Party for my son and his friends, it was a lot of FUN for them. There staff did a great job !!!! The staff was friendly and handled the kids great. The pizza was really good, but again the kids had a blast. We would definitely go again!
