This studio not only is so clean but has excellent instructors! I’ve taken sculpt and flow, restore, power and hot classes and every single instructor was nothing but so encouraging and full of positive energy! I’ve only taken classes with Stacy, Ann, Isabella, Nicole, and Krista so far and all of them have been so down to earth with helping me physically and mentally as a person! They know how to provide a beautiful blend of physical movement and mental calm that I will truly cherish!! The work that these women put into there sequences in unbelievable! I highly recommend them!!

Yoga 6 is my happy place! It’s a community of incredibly supportive people. I cannot rave enough about Ann and Stacey! They are wonderful among many others. I look forward to coming to Yoga 6 every week. The front desk staff is always so kind and super helpful. The owners are so sweet. The studio is immaculate. If I could give more than five stars I would give 5+++++. Nothing but the best!

The hot room should be quiet before the practice, I like to meditate before class begins. Too much loud chatter. The instructor had little to no connection to the class.

Lexi is the best yoga instructor ever. First hot yoga class in years and fell back in love. Thank you Lexi!!

So happy to have hot yoga in the neighborhood. Everyone here is great. Very nice and clean place. Great workout.
