This place has become such a scam and needs to be investigated. For three weeks now I come in, and there’s no cable attachments (clips) on the machines to secure the handle to the pully. I haven’t been able to get my full workout in. Anytime I ask the front desk they say they don’t have any. Sooo what exactly am I paying for here?! Do I now need to provide myself with my own gym equipment at the gym I pay for? Whats the point of a maintenance fee if we have to bring in our own equipment to workout?!! I also needed to change my card on file, can’t do that online or the app. Doesn’t give me the option. It just errors out. Every time, on the app and online. So because of the frustration I now have with this place, I Decided I’m going to cancel, guess what happens when I go to cancel, An error pops up. How convenient! Can’t even get past the cancel option on the app or online without this error popping up. Do yourself the favor, stay away from Blink Fitness.

I’ve been going to this gym for approximately ~2 yrs. I noticed around fall less and less SNAP HOOKS. NOW there’s none. If you see someone using a cable machine it’s because they are bringing their own snap hooks. Majority of ppl have complain & there hasn’t been no replacements.

So I have been going to this gym for couple of years now and something has changed. Every year I see new faces at the gym and every other year, gym makes changes to the machine. Last year they decided to make changes to the machines. instead of keeping the machines, they put in new machines and get rid of the machines that most tend to use all the time. I understand the need to create space for the gym, but it's gotten worst. I always go to the gym in the mornings, but with the way the gym is set up on the last floor, it makes it look like the gym is crowded. Due to the changes of the machines, all of the sudden people are stealing snap hooks from the machines which means can't use machines like seated row or lat pulldowns due to the missing snap hooks. I knew something was wrong because all of sudden we had to write our name on paper for equipment like handles and ropes for triceps and other exercises and now recently people are stealing snap hooks. What can be done?? honestly, I have no idea because it looks as if gonna either force people to buy their own snap hooks since folks at the gym are stealing or go somewhere else. The gym is usually good in the morning, it's the afternoon and evening have to worry about.

Had the worst experience here today trying to redeem a trial pass. The young, curly hair male employee in an orange shirt held onto my ID like he was border patrol or customs. Proceeded to ask me if it was me in the image and to tell him my DOB. So first he insulted me, implying I looked nothing like my ID, so essentially insulting my appearance and then insinuated I was presenting false identification to which I expressed, "Wouldn't someone memorize that information?". It's not a good impression for someone wanting to experience your gym. Other than that, the gym was clean. Some machines I desired were not present. I was able to laugh it off, but come on with the customer service. Is anything ever really that serious?
