The Good: Plenty of parking, convenient access from the highway, modern facility, clean bathrooms, well designed with a brighter decor. Large locker room, shower area, and led lighted mirrors. Spray, soap, and paper towels well stocked. The not so good is the cardio equipment. It's old and outdated compared to other locations. It was difficult to calculate my usual calorie burn for a comparable machine. It could be a user error.

Nice and kind staff like Julio make a huge difference to people's experience at these gyms. Thank you. Nice and clean gym. Another awesome planet fitness. I am so impressed by the number of branches and how consistent they are with their tidiness and cleanliness.

I had an unpleasant visit to this location. I am a long-time customer of Planet Fitness, and my daughter is an employee of Planet Fitness. So I was very much dissatisfied when I wasn't greeting upon entering. Cleanliness of the restroom could be better. When I went to the counter to use the massage chair, I had to say hello 3 times before this young employee responded while having his headphones in sitting down. He was melancholy and conducted himself as if I was annoying him. I live in Texas, and I don't have to put in a schedule time to use a chair. But even while I've been in NYC, everyone I have asked at all the other planet fitness as well as this one just did it for me. So I didn't get my massage, and I walked out.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming (even when I go early in the morning!). The facility is always clean and there seems to always be a team member walking around and ensuring the space is cleaned up. Since reopening, a lot of the machines have been fixed. It’s a great place to get in a workout at a fraction of the cost of other gyms that are much more costly.

I can’t say enough about the amazing team at Planet Fitness! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome that instantly makes me feel at home. The morning staff, in particular, deserves a shoutout – their positive energy brightens my day from the moment I step in. No matter how early it is, they’re always cheerful and eager to help, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The entire team takes pride in keeping the gym spotless and organized, with machines always clean and everything in its place. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Planet Fitness is an enjoyable, stress-free environment that I look forward to every day. Huge thanks to the staff for making every visit such a great experience!
