The caring for the community both young and older is outstanding. Many opportunities to learn, socialize and keep active. Never a dull moment when you become involved with this magnificent center. Management and staff even the volunteers go above and beyond The rating is much more than 5 stars!! Thank you for all you do for this community.

We were instructed to come at 3 p.m. today to register our child for swimming classes. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the classes were already full since this morning. The only available spots were for the intermediate level, which is only open to those who attended last year. Our kid is a beginner. We were misinformed about the registration schedule, if registration began in the morning, why were we advised to come between 3 and 5 p.m.? If you guys knew in advance that all classes are full why you wasted our time. Very disappointed. Child was so enthusiastic to start but left crying. Lack of professionalism and I won't recommend this place to all my friends.

The gym is alright overall. If you’re looking for a regular degular gym to just work out at, this isn’t the one for you. I can tell they prioritize their classes more. The gym itself is really tiny with not so much equipment, the pool is so gross with no personal space whatsoever, and I don’t really care for any of their extracurriculars either. Overall with all bias aside I’d give it a 3/5.

Very boring and all children classes cost extra money or it’s fully booked already !! We asked to cancel membership literally after 3 days of signing up they refused to do so! Instead of making it as a tryout they lied and said the lady who is responsible for cancellation is in vacation and we can’t do anything about it. We only went one day and we had to pay $230 !! It’s just waste of money and horrible experience.

FIAO II Centro Community & Fitness Center is a great facility. The staff are friendly & helpful. The class instructors are patient and encouraging. The place is well lit and clean. We love coming here and enjoying the gym equipment and pool. We are also excited to learn (chair) yoga, dance & tone, art therapy and tai-chi. The diverse setting makes me feel warm and welcome!
