LA Fitness

I recently visited LA Fitness with a guest pass to check out the gym. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly with the lady at the front desk, who seemed uninterested in her job and didn’t greet me properly. However, Joaquin greeted with such enthusiasm , he was very polite and professional, giving me a thorough tour of the gym. While I was excited about the sauna, the equipment was disappointing. Some machines were rusty, a few were broken, and the rust smell was off-putting. The area outside the gym was also filthy, with garbage scattered everywhere, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the place, I don’t think I’ll be signing up for this location. It needs serious improvements both inside and out.

The gym is really nice and spacious. Plenty of machines, everything looks clean and well taken care of. The staff is helpful. Zach helped me customize my membership plan and provided plenty of options to choose from so I could get the best deal possible.

This place is great. OK, the equipment is a bit old. But the crowd is fantastic ! And if you have the Premier plan, you can bring a guest every time. If you have kids, they have a kids room where they palay while you work out. Worth the money for sure!

Joaquin who is a staff member here was amazing and so helpful! He made the joining process very welcoming and I was able to officially start my membership today with LA Fitness in West Orange thanks to him! It’s a great gym and very clean as well!

Zach was super awesome with getting my cousin signed up to become a new member! I have been a member over 12 years! I’ll refer all my friends and family to Zach! Thais ZACH!!
