So far I’m overall happy with this location. It’s clean and the staff has been nothing but nice to me. I usually come Monday- Friday. I just recently got my membership at another location but prefer to come to this one. It does get busy but that’s perfectly fine. 😊 The employees have been helpful. (And my gym membership picture is awful and funny because I made a face when they took it 😂 I hope it makes them giggle) But it’s a good experience so far! I love going. One thing I wish was for the gym to have like an option to buy fresh protein shakes lol. 😆 But again I’m happy. 😊

I joined online right before they opened. So far so good. New equipment, friendly staff, spacious gym and easy to get to. The hot water pressure is very low if you are looking to shower after your workout like me, be aware of it. Also still have no hooks where to hang your towel in the showers. I will ask the front desk again to add them and will keep my comments and experience updated. And since it’s a judgment free zone: #PlanetFitnessLook #HardWorkwithNoExcuses

Broken massage chairs , water station is out of order, receptionist who doesn’t speak English is just a few concerns to mention- the worst is that manager Grisel won’t do anything to make the situation better . In my case I was charged wrong by the receptionist who doesn’t understand English and now I’m looking for reimbursement and manager whom I actually had to look for a few days to talk to says she can do nothing… update : the issue hasn’t been resolved , stuff just avoids an eye contact with me .lol It’s been 2 weeks already since this machine is broken btw. Managers don’t pay attention to clients; they just blindly follow their rules. Today, the manager, ACE, approached me and told me I couldn’t have my bag hanging on the Stairmaster, which I’ve been doing for the entire year since I signed up. It seems like he only decided to enforce this because he was training a new trainee. Meanwhile, my billing issue, which has been overdue for a month and still hasn’t been resolved! I’ve been overcharged. He seems more focused on following rules than actually helping clients. So UNPROFESSIONAL !! Stuff looks at you with these blank expressions, make promises to solve issues, but nothing ever gets done. They say they’ll address the problem, but they never follow through…

Had a tour of gym. Bad odor. Full of gangs of teenagers sitting on machines hanging out? Staff says nothing. Many ‘out of order’ signs on machines. Did not join will continue take 89 bus to gyms in Hoboken … Revoke FREE access to local high school kids. Period

Manager!! This GYM needs extra chest stations or needs extra overnight hours to handle all those people. We wait double turn around almost every station due to endless and very dense customer volume all day long 10 am to 10 pm, especially week days!! Please open it 24h
