I've been dedicated to working out for many years, but over the last year or so, I felt like I wasn't achieving the results I wanted. Hit F45 Wayne, NJ this morning. Coach Leslie was great. Greeted me upon arrival and then conducted a great session. Studio is the largest I have visited which is a bonus. Especially for someone like me who prefers my space. Definitely will be on my list for future trips to North Jersey.

I’ve been there a little over a week and I absolutely love it . For A long time I’ve struggled with my body and I’ve done dieting and went to different gyms and nothing worked. I can already see a difference With a little over a week ecstatic. I love the Trainers, They push me to keep going even when I feel I can’t go any further and I need that. I’m really enjoying the workouts and Can’t wait to see the progress I make thanks F45 ,

As a previous Division 1 athlete, I felt like working out on my own was becoming monotonous and unfulfilling. Training at F45 has pushed me beyond my limits and provided me with the sense of community I was longing for.
