Mornings and most afternoons are less crowded, Gym is clean, Staff is pleasant, equipment is plentiful. My only complaint is their is a room specifically for an express workout it has a traffic light that changes so you move on to the next station, some people spend 10 minutes or more looking at their phone so you can't use that station which interrupts the flow or people use the machines at random this should be addressed by the staff or I would of given it 5 stars.

Nicole is the best! She helped me get my membership started so quick and easy. She made me feel so welcomed and was so helpful!!

It’s so clean in here. The prices are unbeatable. I’m still upset after being a member for years the tanning beds aren’t 15 mins like other pf locations/tanning salons. They have No aroma. They have No mist. Them not allowing the full 15 mins is the most frustrating part they only give 12 minutes I wish the owner would see this and change it…. Top of the line beds tho ! Love my ergolines

Went to Planet Fitness in Pompton Lakes after considering rejoining after many years and moving away. I spoke with Jarod who spoke to allowed to tour the renovated facility. I was impressed how clean it was and the easy availability of equipment early in the morning. I returned a few days later to join and Jarod was there again to sign me up and give me a tour of the massage systems and tanning booths. I explained I didn’t know anything about the equipment in this area and he was very helpful explaining things. My favorite part was even if I may have asked the same question twice (yes I’m older) he did not come across as aggravated or bothered. He gave me all the time and attention I needed . He made me feel very comfortable with my choice to sign up. Great customer service is very hard to find but they found it here with Jarod. Thank you Jarod!!!!

Great gym, very clean, helpful staff. Lucas & Izzy were great and amazing help. Definitely if you live around the area, this is the gym to go to.
