Sunburst Gymnastics

My 4yo enjoyed camp but the staff and security were just poor. Sign in and out require only a signature in some unattended book. No one watches you pick up your child or interacts with you at all, guest pickups require no ID and anyone can just walk in or out of the building. I didn’t feel safe leaving my child here, and when anyone did speak to me it was an uninterested teen who reported nothing on my child’s day and clearly wouldn’t know what to do with my child in any sort of less than positive situation. Although the facility is nice I wouldn’t send my child here unless they were a teen. Don’t really recommend.

I go to sunburst and it is fun to just be there watching people doing flips and more.

The gym is just ok. My daughter went here for over 2 years but her skill development was very slow. They sign up new kids and so the teacher spends more time teaching the same skills. Had to find another school. Cost keeps going up every year. Not worth it.

We have 10 and 9 years old in Sunburst and I can truly say it is a treasured part of my kids childhood. The gym is big and very clean. There's a good coach to student ratio and their training is really effective. The stuff and coaches very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, experienced professionals who always on top of every child and help them become the best athlete they can be. It is a wonderful place where kids can not only learn from the best gymnastic coaches in the area but also be loved, nurtured, mentored and encouraged. I highly recommend Sunburst Gymnastics !

Honestly, I thought it was just me until I read previous reviews. I only called to inquire and was treated rude over the phone. The women on the phone sounds exhausted. She doesn't allow you to complete your question before storming out an aggressive answer. I'm huge on customer service especially when my girls are involved. I will be looking elsewhere. They should remove the 1 star option so we can rate companies as they truly deserve!
