This gym is awesome. Wide open layout, bright, clean space, great music, & great energy. ✅ Updated, well maintained, plentiful, NEW equipment and weights (NOT the old red & yellows in some Google photos). ✅ Great location, easy to get to, NOT on a street that becomes a nightmare at rush hour. ✅ Super friendly staff. ✅ Great price. ✅ I’ve been to a ton of gyms in the area, and many gyms have a couple of the above. Only Retro Tenafly has ALL of these things going for it. Really the best.

Have been a member for about a year now. Can say that this is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to. Not only is it nice to see clean machines & organized equipment but also the environment and staff have been super welcoming. Special thanks to Lori for being very kind.

Amazing gym. Cool employees and the locker room, equipment and weight areas were all clean. I highly recommend!

I have never enjoyed a gym as much as I do RetroFitness in Tenafly. Lori, the Manager, is tops in her field, the Staff is always friendly & helpful. Vladimir, the Maintenance Person ,keeps the place spotless & healthy for all. I give RetroFitness, Tenafly my highest recommendation,
