We are thrilled with our experience at Surgent's for our 3-year-old twins. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young children. The instructors are exceptional. They are patient, energetic, and create a fun and engaging atmosphere for the kids. Our twins have developed so much confidence and coordination since starting classes here. It's amazing to see them learn new skills and grow more comfortable trying new things. The class sizes are small, which allows for plenty of individual attention. The equipment is well-maintained, and the variety of activities keeps the kids excited and focused. We also appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and the easy communication with the staff. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of gymnastics gym for our twins. We highly recommend Surgent's to any parent looking to introduce their child to the world of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

It's definitely a family gym and most importantly the staff is awesome. My 8 years old son has been a part of Surgent's Elite gym since the Mommy and Me class, which he started when my son was 1 1/2 years of age and we are still here. Thank you Matt and Staff for making us a part of the Surgent's Elite family. We 💕 love it here!!!!

My friend child attended here sadly enough she lost her life, mom asked to cancel they stated it needed to be done in person or via email. She did just that just to be told she needs to provide 2weeks notice, she asked to speak to the manager and informed her this is a highly sensitive matter at which point manager said she will call her back. She has not gotten and response back and they charged her a late fee for the month and continuously sending invoices!!! I will also have my children removed as well

I'll begin with the instructor was great! Other than that the place needs ventilation, it's stuffy and it smells like a old pair of wet Nikes. There's NO organization!! On our 1st day we got NO instructions as to where to go let alone an introduction to the instuctor. To top it off they don't have a safe dismal routine. They just let the kids run off w/o knowing if they're with a parent. The man collecting payment is rude and only interested in payment. Lastly, it's unsanitary. Everyone walks on the mats with their shoes.
