UFC Gym Riverdale

Nice gym, clean and well maintained. The guys in the management are cool and on top of their work. Space is nice, music is good and the classes are tempting (haven’t tried yet) Sauna works and showers are clean with soap dispensers. Cons: Hours are short, they close relatively early on weekdays and super early on weekends you almost can’t catch it. Wish they can extend by just an hour more at least!!

Been going to this gym for over a year. Great environment to get fit and reach your fitness goals. For the price I cant complain. I can get everything out of this place that you need. The staff is awesome and friendly. So are the people that you meet. For sure worth it. Ray and the others at the place are super helpful. Check this place out for sure if you are looking for a gym.

The best gym I’ve been to. No pretentious attitudes or personalities that I had become accustomed to when living in south Florida. Was offered a free session with a trainer; he listened to my weaknesses and immediately corrected my bad form. The members are friendly and I feel like I’m safe and working out with my family witch is, for a person like me, something you just can’t put a price on.

Been coming here since they opened and loved it from the start. Huge shoutout to Anthony whom I've been training with for awhile now. He's done an amazing job helping me work towards reaching my goals. I always look forward to my sessions with him because he's attentive to what works for me and knows how to push me just enough for me to not hate him (too much). The facility has everything I need, the classes are great, and the staff and instructors are knowledgeable and very welcoming. Highly recommend

Love the environment and coaches as well as the unbeatable price. The facility is top notch and the instructors are incredibly skilled at not only martial arts, but teaching. They seem genuinely excited and interested in helping students improve. Utmost appreciation for the entire staff! Thank you all for your time and effort, it means a lot.
