Duro Martial Arts & Performance Training

A great gym with excited, knowledgeable, and experienced instructors/trainers. Many of the members here are or are training to be competitive fighters, yet the atmosphere is just as friendly to beginners and the less ambitious such as myself. The class sizes are small so the instructors can provide quick feedback, and the other gym-goers are also friendly and helpful. Sparring drills are favored here over pad work. My only critique is that if you want to attend different classes through the week they occur at different times in the evening (but are consistent). Josh, Kai (Kaheil), TJ, and Dan have a patient and encouraging approach to teaching while maintaining a high focus and intensity in their classes. I have learned much faster here than I have in other gyms. The positive environment has me coming back each week, and I'm always bummed when life gets in the way of me showing up.

The best training I've ever received. Wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and personal training. It's amazing I'm learning and getting in the best shape of my life.
