Keith and Caitlin are truly incredible trainers, and wonderful people to boot. Keith was a strength coach at Princeton university and is a top of the line expert on the body, movement, and strength. Caitlin is especially wonderful with mothers and does great prenatal and postpartum work. And she’s an example herself of transforming your body into a pillar of fitness and strength. The way they can explain and adapt exercises, controlling the pace and keeping you motivated is amazing. They Push you enough to steadily growth in strength to meet your goals, but not too much that you’ll give up. They are flexible with scheduling and offer a real community. Keith is a connector and you can easily get to know other people who train in the area. We are so lucky to have such world class trainers locally. I’ve developed full body strength and keep evolving my fitness goals. Don’t hesitate to join prime omega fitness!

Both Keith and Caitlin are amazing and truly dedicated trainers. They tailor the workout for you and your needs. They know how to motivate you to achieve your goal. After 21/2 years of working together I'm still impressed with the attention to detail and emphasis on using the proper form while performing the various exercises. Most of all the workouts are fun and go by fast.

Keith is an amazing trainer and really helped me to be more resilient, injury-resistant and strong. He has a great personality and will make you do things you thought not possible. Kaitlyn, his wife is an equally great trainer. As a youngish new grandpa, I needed all the help to be a kick-a** grandparent one day.

I had a personal training session with Caitlin today. It was absolutely awesome! The studio had a primal feel with unique equipment and the session had a variety of movements making it a fun total body workout. Highly recommend!

Caitlin is an amazing workout instructor and I recommend to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals. I look forward to going to class every day and leave feeling sore and exhausted but strong. Workouts are challenging and personalized feedback helps me learn proper form and progress. Zoom classes have allowed me to work out during Covid and take advantage of Caitlin's expertise and encouragement!
