I loved my experience at Burn so much that I signed up after my first class! The instructors know how to push you in a way that feels motivating and they take time to help you through moves that are new to you or you need support with, even in a group setting. The community is a big part of why I joined - I didn’t know I needed it until I experienced it! I was so used to doing online workouts or dropping into classes at different studios — I love the accountability in the community and support from other members. Looking forward to seeing how my fitness journey evolves from Burn!

Burn Boot Camp is awesome!!! After my first workout, I was hooked! Any gym where you’re greeted with a high-five and a smile at 5am is my kind of place!! There are so many things that I love about Burn Boot Camp. First, the workouts are very efficient and effective…even though I’m exhausted after each session, I feel energized for the rest of the day and I look forward to the next one. Second, the coaches are fantastic…they motivate you to keep pushing and always offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels which is great. And third, the community is very welcoming and supportive…as a newcomer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone that I’ve met so far has been really friendly. I would highly recommend Burn Boot Camp to anyone who’s looking for a challenging but fun way to get into great shape 💪😉

I’v recently started my fitness journey with burn and I must say I feel so good. Everyone at the camp is so welcoming and encouraging. All the trainers are so on top of everything and knows your limitation and provides alternatives. I look forward to coming there everyday it’s like a part of my daily routine. Childcare is amazing as it gives me that freedom to prioritise myself :). I would highly recommend it to everyone. Just try it out and you’ll be hooked :)

Every time I go to Burn, it takes me back to some of my best memories as a collegiate athlete! Early mornings in the gym, being physically and mentally challenged at each workout, all within a supportive team atmosphere and along with very knowledgeable coaches. I didn’t even have to think twice about signing up for a membership after only two days of going to camp. As a mom, it’s easy to put yourself after everyone else and not find time to do things that fill your cup, but Burn makes it a no brainer! They have early classes you can join before the kids wake up or camps where child watch is available where they can meet other kids and play together for the 45 minute session. I just started, but I can’t wait to see what this year brings!

I started at Burn about 4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Everyone is very welcoming and the workouts were exactly what I was looking for! The trainers give me that extra push that I need. I also love the child watch, my son really enjoys going! I can’t say enough great things about the facility, staff and other members!
