Our experience with Adhyaathma school has been great. Ms. Ramya exhibits absolute professionalism while imparting passion for the art to kids and build a strong foundation. My kid enjoys her class and we look forward to many years of learning under the guidance of Guru Ramya.

My daughter is learning dance in Adhyaathma for the past 3 months. She loves going to the dance class and she tries to practice at home all the time. This shows that she is really enjoying her learning. The whole credit goes to the teacher Ramya. Ramya is very sincere, dedicated and she always insists in discipline and perfection. We are glad to be the part of Adhyaathma.

Our 7 year old daughter is learning the Bharatanaatiyam dance for the past 3+ years from Smt.Ramya Shankaran mam. We’re so satisfied that our daughter is able to learn much of the basics of this cultural dance. I would definitely recommend “Adhyaathma” for anyone who is interested in BharathaNaatiyam dance and basics. We’re happy that studio is opened and excited to be part of in person learning. I’m seeing that the learning of students is on par with back home and the teacher is of same strictness and dedication which is very much important to learn discipline and culture. I have been attending yoga class at Adhyaathma, and I must say it is an incredible experience. I feel rejuvenated, balanced, and at peace. Instructor Ms. Ramya is truly exceptional. She has created a warm and welcoming environment, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their skill level, her knowledge of yoga and mindful practices shines through her guidance, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and support. The class itself are all structured and thoughtfully designed, It incorporated a perfect blend of breathing exercises, physical postures and techniques, Ms. Ramya's clear instructions and demonstrations make it easy to follow along, even for beginners like me. The modifications for various poses, allowing each individual to work at their own pace and comfort level. The ambiance of the studio is serene and peaceful, with soft lighting and calming music playing in the background. The space is well-equipped with yoga mats, blocks, and props, ensuring a comfortable practice for everyone. It is a truly transformative experience for both the body and mind. I highly recommend Adhyaathma to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or explore yoga. This studio offers a welcoming and supportive community that embraces all levels of practitioners. Miss Ramya is a very knowledgeable teacher. My daughter is learning dance for the last 2 years and she is gradually growing stronger interest in Bharatnatyam dancing.
