The Max workouts are fun, functional and cater to all fitness levels. All you really have to do is show up consistently (log on remotely if that’s your preference), follow the instructor’s lead, go at your own pace. At the end of a 10-week challenge you’ll feel healthier and more energetic and the physical results you’ll witness will blow you away. Scott, his trainers and membership staff are super helpful and make you feel like family. Highly recommend taking on a challenge.

I love going to the Max. As a newbie restarting my fitness journey, the Max Challenge is a wonderful community of people who are all working towards being our best self. Scott is a great trainer who provides a great energetic atmosphere. Come and try it. I promise you won't regret it.

I recently joined The Max and I have to say, it has been a great experience! From the workouts to the amazing trainers! Very friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Highly recommend!

The Max Challenge is exactly what I was looking for in my fitness journey. The workouts are fun and easy to follow and needless to say extremely effective. I saw a big improvement in my overall strength, toning and weight loss. The coaches are fun, highly energetic and empathetic, Scott is running a great ship there. MUST join! Oh and I love the playlist! I am def going back after summer break! You should too!

The Max Challenge gym has been a game changer for me. They always have a variety of activities and exercises that make the 45 minutes go by so quickly. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with all levels available so it works for everyone. The instructors are great and always fun. They lead the classes and help whenever needed so the moves are done properly. The instructors help with nutrition as well and will give one on one advice if need be. I’ve enjoyed starting my days at the Max gym and I’m so glad I decided to join and move everyday!
