Quincy is a great trainer! I’ve been working with him for about 2 years and enjoy his motivating techniques and overall approach with helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my strength and conditioning since I started, and Quincy keeps the routines fresh so that I remain challenged and energized. Quincy also goes beyond the gym, providing advice and exercises for me to do on my own which i believe is a unique service and demonstrates his deep focus on his clients. I highly recommend training with Quincy!

Quincy is an excellent trainer; and this is a great workout studio. Even though there are group classes provided, I use the personal training services. My husband and I have Quincy as our personal trainer, 3 times a week; and we have achieved very good results. We’ve, now, been working with Quincy for about 6 months and we’ve been quite pleased with the training program he provides for us. Strength, cardio, balance, core routines are incorporated in the training. The routines are always diverse so that every session is a workout. Quincy takes great care in our well-being and gives a very personal touch as a trainer. Give him a try, I guarantee you’ll be glad that you did.

Quincy is a wonderful trainer who listens to his clients goals and help turn those goals into reality. So far I’ve lost five pounds since working with him. Even in his group classes, it feels like he gives each one of us individualized attention. He is always mixing things up so the workout is always new and exciting! Quincy will even send you workouts to do at home when you can’t make the gym which is something I have never been offered before. Quincy is a great trainer and everyone should try out a class at his gym!

I know the trainer Quincy very well. I have been his student for more than 2yrs now. He knows his students individually in terms of what they need to improve or achieve personnel goals. You will feel the difference in just 1 session with him and then you will notice the change gradually. Not like other trainers, Quincy never wastes a single minute while coaching. He is a focused person. Even in group classes he pays attention to each attendees. He knows the principles very well and will help you to achieve your goals. He is very professional. He is the best.
