Sensei Holland and Sensei Querido are absolutely AMAZING!!! The entire North Plainfield Tiger Schulmann’s team is great! My daughters have been training there for the last 2 years and I’ve seen such a tremendous improvement in their dispositions! It’s a family that we are happy to be a part of!

Revisiting this location with our daughter for her self defense, after our son spent years here and it's only gotten better! The instruction, positive energy, welcoming family atmosphere and impeccable techniques allow for the children to gain confidence, building blocks for strength and life long lessons to being leaders. My first experience training with Sensei Querido and Sensei Holland at their school was 10 years ago, and I see that their passion for teaching and the love for their students has only increased exponentially. The scene in the school, every class, is incredibly electric. Not just both the Senseis, all the coaches are incredible. My daughter and I love this school and all the instructors.

I cannot recommend TS North Plainfield highly enough. It has been such a positive experience and not just in terms of fitness but in mindset. The Team makes it clear we are a family and we are really only competing against ourselves. They are clearly experts but what sets them apart is how seriously they take the growth of their students from the little tigers to the teens to the adults in the program. It has been life changing for not only myself but my daughter and I know with the Sensei’s and every member of the team we are in great hands. Been with the school for 6 years and have nothing but praise!
