Cycle Room Pequannock

First cycle studio of it's kind in lovely Pequannock Township! Just what this town was missing! An intimate cycling studio for the novice rider to the well experienced, you will always feel welcome! Owned and operated by Carolyn Ruby, a native to the community. She has brought her passion for cycling to her hometown to inspire and support others in their fitness journeys. I urge anyone looking for a fast workout in an upbeat atmosphere to come try a class. So happy this local gem is available to our town and other locals. Great job Carolyn and keep on pushing others to cycle with you! It has been a great ride so far!

I was so intimidated to take a spin class. I cannot tell you how glad I am that I finally did! I ABSOLUTELY loved it! The studio has such a great vibe… a nice dark room, twinkle lights, LED candles. It’s a literally the coziest atmosphere. With only 11 bikes, I did not feel overwhelmed at all. You get a very personalized experience. The members are super supportive, and so friendly and wow what a work out!! Carolyn is a great instructor. As a newbie, she walked us through each step. She’s so energetic and really motivates you! If you have never tried a spin class and have been wanting to Cycle Room is the perfect place for your first class! 

Cycle room is the best spin studio ever!! The instructors are excellent. The place is so clean and well maintained! I've been a member for a year already and I absolutely love it!

Cycle Room Pequannock is a best in class spin studio with a welcoming and friendly small town feel. All instructors are master instructors and are friendly and motivating. Classes are high energy, music is great!!!
