Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts (Wayne, NJ)

I have been going here since I was 5 years old. This school has taught me discipline, determination, and how to take better care of my body. This school is like my second home to me because I am with people I like to be around. I had rough times with them but I still loved coming here, this is a great school to go to and I have no doubt about it. I love the instructors and how kind and respectful they are to all of the students they make you feel welcomed everyday.(Edit) Thank you for my red belt!

My son did not gravitate to any particular sport or activity. He was having trouble concentrating in school and making friends. I enrolled him in the Wayne Tiger Schulmann School a few years ago and have seen a complete 180. While there are several factors that attributed to his success I can say with complete confidence that Sensei Zapfel and his team are major contributors! Seeing his progress compelled me to join as well. The staff and students in Wayne take the time and have the patience to explain and re-explain what you should be doing. The compassion and camaraderie are unparalleled. The people here care about each other and the success we are all striving for. Even though I have only been training a short time I can already feel the impact that everyone at the school has had on me. Fantastic friendly and fun workout with a self-defense bonus!

Nothing else will get you feeling and looking your best faster (or more fun) than the TS program. Best shape of my life in a matter of months. Very convenient location for locals and commuters alike. Pristinely clean and well organized. 10/10 would recommend.

Tiger Schulmann’s is a great place for learning self defense. The classes are both hard-working and enjoyable and can increase your self-esteem a lot.

Love Love Love this school!!. Sensei Zapfel and the entire staff are incredible. They are all so good with the kids and teach them discipline and confidence while still having a little fun. My daughter has been going since 2021 and cant get enough, she's actually upset when she has to miss a class. After watching her enjoy it so much, I finally decided to try it myself. I have been going since January and feel amazing. I have gained confidence and lost 18 pounds so far. We will forever be part of the Tiger Schulmann's family!
