Andy brought me into weight training 20+ years ago when he was a fresh college graduate. I've been trained and seen how hard he has worked for years. It's about time he set off on his own. I was at the new pennington location last week, and it has everything you could possibly need. Great place from a great guy

An excellent place for personalized fitness training. Nice, clean, quiet, and well maintained facility. Andy is really easy to work with. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Awesome little spot. Was tempted not to tell anyone because I want Andy to myself. Get in while you still can
