Joining Impact Zone and working with Aga has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. The gym itself is a top-notch facility—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to succeed. But what truly sets Impact Zone apart is the incredible team, especially Aga. Aga's approach to training is nothing short of transformative. From the moment I started, her personalized guidance, encouragement, and expert knowledge made all the difference. She took the time to understand my goals and created a plan that was challenging but achievable. Her energy and positivity are contagious, and her belief in her clients inspires you to push beyond what you thought was possible. I joined Aga’s 6-week challenge, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Aga fostered a supportive and motivating environment where everyone felt empowered to grow at their own pace. Her weekly check-ins kept me accountable, and her classes always pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself. The progress I’ve made in strength, endurance, and overall health has been remarkable—and I’ve never felt more confident.

I recently joined Impact Zone, and I can’t say enough great things about this place! The facility is spotless and well-maintained, and there’s an amazing sense of community here. Everyone, from the members to the staff, is so welcoming and friendly. The hours are super convenient, which makes it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule as a new mom. They also offer personal training sessions, which have been a game-changer for me. I started doing boxing sessions with Danny Mancuso, and he’s absolutely fantastic. Danny is an incredible coach, breaking down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, no matter your experience level. His technical expertise is second to none, and he truly makes every session both challenging and fun. Highly recommend. 💪

I’ve been going to Impact for about 2 years now and honestly, it’s the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. The front desk staff is welcoming and in surprisingly good moods for early morning shifts. The trainers are legitimately helpful and experienced. Danny, Eric, and Charlene all helped me not only get stronger, but also feel more energized and confident. They’re also pretty entertaining and fun to work with. Melissa, who specializes in Pilates, worked with me to set up a routine that really helped me recover from surgery. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s just better than your average gym. These people make working out a good time! Oh, and Jorge and his team also keep very clean. Thanks Jorge!!

Joining impact Zone has been a great addition to my life, and I’ve already seen great progress since joining a few months ago. The atmosphere is motivating, the staff is supportive, and the variety of classes offered makes every workout exciting and challenging. One of the highlights of my experience has been the boxing sessions with Danny Mancuso. Danny is an incredible coach who consistently challenges me and helps me elevate my training. His expertise and attention to detail have not only improved my boxing skills but have also increased my overall strength and conditioning.

Love this gym!! Super clean facility with friendly staff and an array of equipment. :) I was looking for an extra push, so I signed up for Aga’s 6 week challenge, and it was the best decision ever! She met with me prior to explain everything and get to know me. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition is top tier, making me even more excited about the challenge. She provides workout classes specifically for challenge members, personalized meal plans, and check ins. The workout classes are sweaty and the high energy of the group is contagious! I’m looking forward to sticking to these better habits long after the challenge!!
