F45 Training North Brunswick

Not a fan of writing bad reviews but this one is warranted. While I loved the classes, I simply didn't have the time to go and cancelled on the app, mind you this was in May. I never received a confirmation so I checked my bank account and saw I was continuously being billed even after I cancelled. So I cancelled again, no confirmation but this time took a screen shot on my phone. Guess what, still billed. I contested the claim with my bank who saw everything and issued a temp credit. Well, now the credit is reversed and I'm out about $800. Kind of pathetic to be honest. Half about the money, mostly the principal. I hate the gym business model, sign you up and then make it impossible to cancel. Update: Nothing has been emailed to me. I've checked my spam folder and everything else. I EXPLICITLY asked about the cancellation policy and was told, "super easy" and able to be done on the app. Since you know who I am, I'd like to formally request that my membership be terminated immediately. And thankfully I just checked my bank account again, I'M STILL BEING CHARGED. So it appears we'll be heading to small claims court. Why make people jump through hoops to cancel a membership? Because the tougher you make it, the odds are greater that they won't cancel. You have an app, I cancelled on there as I was told, only to find out that it's meaningless. Why would there be a cancellation option if it's useless?

I used to workout from home but needed something different. This was just the push that I didnt even know I needed. The coaches are knowledgeable and push you to want to do your very best. Great people and atmosphere. You get so much more than just a workout!

Group training and F45 has changed my life this year. Coach Troy, Tatum, Isha, Glen and the rest of the team have consistently challenged, advised, and pushed me to become a better version of myself when it comes to fitness goals. The community and group training aspect facilitates a team atmosphere, working hard to achieve results!

Absolutely, love this fitness center. The community of members are so close, like family friends. F45 is for everyone, just get yourself into a routine. Stop procrastinating and get your mind right and ready! You can build muscle, lose fat with what they have to offer. The coaches are very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness routines that will get you the results you want and NEED. They don't play with health! Troy, Isha, Tatum, Joc, Fidel, Glenn are impressive coaches. The fitness pods are changed daily..never the same movements, and they are dynamic , static movements. The music is that LETS GOO and LETS GET IT IN music!!!!! I have signed up, paid for other "fitness" centers: Planet, Mayweather, and Crunch. NONE were worth my time and money like F45 Northbrunswick. F45 NB machines always work, coachs are on time, FANS WORK, heart monitor screens help with fun competition amongst us members and their app. Is phenomenon!! F45 has been great. I’ve been going there for a while now and it’s been great working out with the enthusiastic trainers and coaches. It’s been an amazing journey so far. Made new friends and lots of encouragement within the group during workout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to join. The coaches are professional and encouraging everyone during the class to give our their best. I love the energy, enthusiasm and motivation which the team brings to keep moving forward and keep training. Keep it up !!
