I have only been going to the max for 3 weeks now and I am really loving the variety of workouts each time I go. The instructors are high energy and provide good help when I do need it. Each day having a different focus is also really cool and I like that element so each day will never be the same as the last! I do wish there were a few more class times during the day but other than that, I love the Max Challenge of NP and will miss it when returning to college:(

The Max is like no other Gym ! You will get everything you need to reach your goals Fitness, teaching you about proper Nutrition and Outstanding Motivation every day. Nancy is an Excellent group trainer she makes sure you are doing every exercise properly and getting the most out of it. She plays great music and every class is fun I look forward to them.

I joined The Max in 2017 after back surgery to get back into shape. I recovered quickly and found that the Max was my "new place" for exercise. The trainers are fantastic and I was able to modify the workouts post-surgery which was important. My fellow Max members are great--very supportive, and I look forward to my 7:00 am workouts now!

Allison and the MAX challenge is unique and catering to each person’s own challenges. Although I have just started I feel energized and renewed self confidence. I was quick to sign up for their 10 week challenge program. The 45 minute fast paced routines are incredibly engaging. My only regret is finding about this amazing place so late. Thank you to all the instructors.

I love the Max Challenge gym! It’s the best gym I’ve ever belonged to! The trainers are amazing, very knowledgeable and are always there to answer any questions you may have or fix your form! The members are also amazing! I’ve become good friends with many of them! It’s like working out with friends and family!
