Long time late night gym goer here, Sam and Chris are simply the best! Their customer service and hospitality is what keeps me coming back to the gym every night! Huge thanks to them for always having a smile on their face and putting one on others, much love!

I’ve had a horrible experience with Planet Fitness, and I feel the need to warn others. The customer service is practically non-existent. Every time I’ve had an issue or question, the staff either ignores me or gives me vague, unhelpful answers. It's frustrating to deal with employees who clearly don’t care about your concerns. What really bothers me, though, is how they handle billing. I’ve been charged for months after I cancelled my membership, and they give you the runaround when you try to get a refund. It's like they're just looking for ways to scam you out of your money. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they make it so difficult to resolve the problem. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a gym with better customer service and fair billing practices. Planet Fitness has completely disappointed me, and I’ll never be returning.

This gym is great. The staff is well mannered and the place is so tidy and clean. One of the employees Ben is also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Always a pleasant experience at the MP PF. Facilities are clean and everyone is so kind. Ben specifically is the best. He’s a real go getter and is so great to have around!

I’ve been to a few different Planet Fitness locations in the area, and this one is definitely my favorite. I like the layout, it’s always clean, and the staff is always super welcoming and helpful (shoutout to Ben and Dan & the girls behind the desk who I see often who I don’t know the names of). Would highly recommend!!!
