I stumbled upon Stellar randomly and I am so grateful that I did. The knowledge, attention and thoughtfulness from the coaches is unmatched. Not only do they focus on your fitness goals, but they also focus on your general wellness goals. The coaches at stellar have thoughtfully guided me through 8 months of pregnancy and I am lifting heavier now than I was pre-pregnancy. In addition to top notch coaches and challenging workouts, Stellar’s community is inclusive and support. Come for the workout and stay for vibes!

As a retired ballerina, I was only ever used to training one way, and the years of performing definitely took a toll on my body. I was living in chronic pain for quite some time, which only increased after having two kids. As a single mom, I found it difficult to not only make time for myself, but big box gyms were extremely intimidating, as I didn’t know what to do with the machines and never felt comfortable in the classes offered, nor did the timing fit my schedule. I felt comfortable at the Stellar from day one. Not only is it an extremely welcoming environment, but the community is so friendly! Every coach is extremely knowledgeable and patience. Not to mention the variety of classes and times offered, ensure I get to train multiple times a week. After training here for one year, I am experiencing little to no pain in areas that were hurting me daily. I’m the strongest that I’ve ever been and I’ve created healthy and sustainable life habits, that have impacted me in immeasurable ways. This is a place where everyone is truly welcome, no matter your background or current fitness level! You’ll be shocked at who you become in a year!

I have “worked out” for literally 50 years. I have lifted weights consistently since 1975. I thought I was knowledgeable…but I learn something new and try something different @ Stellar every class. Our instructors, Mike, Mike, Shane and Vanessa are super knowledgeable and technically very proficient. Every workout is different and fresh and interesting. After some surgeries and some aging I have some challenges. Our coaches really care and we focus on my weaknesses and target my deficiencies. The functional movement and balance training is new and interesting and challenging. The gym has a welcome and inclusive atmosphere and we have young and “mature” women and men in every class. Every class and every personal training session involves something new. We are watched and coached and correct form is taught and monitored. Stellar is GREAT for couples! We are proving senior fitness works and we enjoy making gains together with our coaches.

My family and I have been coming to Stellar for the past year, and it has been such a great experience for all of us. I have worked with Mike, Shane, Keri and Vanessa for personal training and classes - they are all fantastic - kind, supportive, and always bringing the positive energy! My kids train with Mike, Ben, and Aaron M - all of whom are great with working with teens and helping with sports specific training as well. I personally like Stellar’s focus on strength training, functional movement, and mobility/balance.
