LOVE this place. I've been going to OTF off and on for a few years but steadily going to this studio for the past 4-5 months. The coaches and staff are great - super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of fun events so you can meet people. The workout is always intense and can really be tailored to your needs. As someone who always thought of myself as non-athletic, this place has really changed my perspective and my health. It's not the cheapest workout option but it's life-changing if you commit to it.

I’ve been going to Orange Theory for many years until I showed up 4 minutes late to class and the coach refused to allow me to come in after paying $170/m. Never ever again…

They require you to get here 30 minutes before the class starts for your first class. We drove 25 minutes to get here and were 5 minutes late. The lady at the front desk told us we can’t workout. People have jobs and kids and asking your customers to show up a half hour earlier is insane. Save your money there’s plenty of better places to workout.

This place is great! They have helped me lose a lot of weight and maintain it for the past two years. Only reason for four stars instead of five stars are the facilities. For the amount of money I pay for the unlimited classes I would like to see shower heads that work and shower doors that lock. It’s been like that since I joined in the summer of 22, but I’m sure renovations are on the way!

Walk by, noone in the place from 3 to 5 pm. Reminds me of Nordtrack, next best thing to sliced bread. Not sure how Orangetheory stays in business paying mall rental prices. I prefer LA fitness, planet fitness, Lifetime, Virtua or YMCA style gym.
