Joining The Max Challenge of Pine Brook has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being! I can't say enough great things about the Max of Pine Brook! The workouts are thoughtfully designed to cater to all fitness levels, so whether you're just starting out or more experienced, there's something for everyone. The trainers are truly amazing - knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. Along with the physical benefits, what sets this gym apart is the community. All the members are encouraging and very supportive. Since I started coming here, I have seen an incredible improvement in my strength and endurance as well as self confidence. If you're looking for a place that will challenge you and help you grow, this is it! *** Bonus they have nutrition plans catered for Vegetarians =)

I cannot say enough good things about The Max Challenge of Pine Brook. When I first started years back, it was truly a whole new world, with so many things to learn. The instructors were so patient and gave excellent instruction, consistently helping everyone to perfect form and push the boundaries no matter the experience level. The instructors have a very special way of treating their members as long lost friends, and it is amazing to me how they remember everyone's names. Classes are challenging, invigorating and fun. Members feed off of one another's energy, with infectious motivation. There is a power talk at the end of every class, which I really appreciate. The best part is how you can see not only your body, but your mindset change.

Max Challenge of Pine Brook is an excellent fitness program for all levels. The classes are high energy, well organized and instructors are supportive and engaged. There are a variety of class times to accommodate your schedule. I highly recommend!

This is a fantastic program to get in shape or maintain your fitness level. Phenomenal instructors who tailor exercises to your fitness level while still improving your fitness. The members are also very supportive; no judgement. I’m so glad I signed up and I look forward to continuing!
