I love this studio. The instructors are very good. The classes are small (4-7 people max) and you get the instructor’s attention. My instructor is Carol. I’ve been going to her classes for several years now. She is amazing and brings a good atmosphere into the classes and makes sure we are doing the right moves. She takes the time to check on each of us and to (re)-explain regularly the exercises. So, even for beginners it makes it easy to follow. She also changes the exercises regularly so we continuously learn and don’t get bored.

Best Pilates Studio I’ve been to! Great Instructors, challenging classes, and great Atmosphere!! I look forward to my weekly Thursday morning class every week! Highly recommend!
