I love this place... great classes with amazing teachers... daily meditations... the atmosphere and the people who gather are good company, too... the special workshops and courses... Aerial Yoga... and almost everything is free just asking for donations to help keep it happening... lovely

IYI is an all around inspiring yoga center. It offers something for people who are new to yoga as well as for the advanced practitioner. It's comprehensive yogic library is a tremendous resource center. The experienced and compassionate teaching staff are highly skilled at bringing out the best in each student. Bringing my family for class was a great joy. I look forward to our next visit!

Great faculty in an expansive facility. Meditation room is serene, library and kitchenette are very homely. Nice.

Beautiful place that gives to the community, prior to COVID...I used to drop in for the community classes(no minimum donation). This is not run like a business....very community oriented and safe place to practice yoga. I am a male that practices yoga when I feel I need it, and this is my go to spot. As a male I never feel out of place or awkward here. Very welcoming people. Many yoga studios I’ve attended are female dominated and some even try to push men out...this place is not biased at all, also a good place that preserves yoga culture and tradition. I am of Indian descent and am all for cultural appropriation, but prefer going to a yoga studio that offers the feel of a Hindu/Buddhist yoga practice. This place has a good feel to it..been going here on and off for many years...if I want a yoga class, I come here.
