really enjoy working out at Retro Fitness in Lincroft. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a great variety of equipment, and there is a high level of equipment availability at the time I usually go (early morning). My only suggestion is to leave a little more space between machines. For bigger guys like me, squeezing through to use some machines can be a bit difficult. Overall, however, I always leave feeling I had a great workout experience and am ready to start my day feeling great physically and mentally!

Pleasant manager/staff. The gym is run well. Equipment is in great shape. The gym etiquette among members is 8/10. Plenty of natural light so it doesn’t feel like a dungeon on a nice day.

Newer treadmills which have touchscreen displays with social media apps, pre-recorded workouts. New floor in reception area. New lockers installed this year. Facility is maintained nicely and updated.

Finally found a perfect gym. I’m able to get in to use most equipment even during traditionally busy hours. The team at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. Highly recommend!
