Synergy Hot Yoga

I was in town for a weekend wedding & came across Synergy when I did a search for hot studios. I took a 60 & 75 min hot 26 with Cara. She's a fantastic teacher & adept at adjusting the class depending on the knowledge level of the students. Nikki, who was at the front desk, was so nice & helpful. I didn't get a chance to take her class, but it sounds like a great option for an intense workout. Mats & towels are included; Clean showers (w/ shower sandals!); women owned w/ friendly & knowledgeable staff - this is a convenient studio for locals & visitors.

Words can not describe how much I love this place and the instructors are all top notch! Erin, Nikki, Eleanora— you all rock!! The atmosphere is so positive and uplifting while getting an amazing workout! I love this place and would recommend it to everyone! Great variety of classes that challenge your body in different aspects and they offer great class times that can work for just about everyone! I appreciate and I’m grateful to have found this studio! Thank you to all the staff and instructors, you’re all amazing 🫶🏼

I have been to a lot of Hot Yoga studios and this is probably the best. Wonderful modern studio with all the amenities included in the class price: mats, mat and hand towels, slippers in the lockers, bath towels, slate tiled showers (with hot water!) and even a hairdryer! But most importantly for me was the very well heated practice room and the spot on dialogue/instruction. I attended a 60 Bikram-type class. Cara the instructor was great. Looking forward to coming back whenever I am in the area.

I was visiting and got the 4 class pass special rate. Each of the four hot vinyasa yoga classes was great! They employ very experienced, yoga instructors that offer a variety of well-sequenced poses, sometimes set to a music theme. The result is a sweaty, high energy, fun yet challenging 60 minute workout! The studio itself (including the locker room with showers) was sparking clean as were the loaner mats, blocks, and towels. I highly recommend this studio for anyone that wants a five star “hot yoga” experience. They also have an extensive Pilates program at this location as well that seemed to be very well attended. I just started at Synergy and it's been an exceptional experience. Very warm, supportive environment for newcomers. The space is beautiful and the teachers are outstanding. I'd done hot yoga before (Baptiste) but never the Hot 26 sequence. I'm really enjoying practicing one sequence consistently as it's easier to notice my progress. Highly recommended for anyone whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi.
