Selfless Love Yoga & Spiritual Wellness

The space Lindsay has created at Selfless Love Yoga is so special. I joined while I was a few months postpartum and the classes have guided me back to my body, feeling more myself and stronger every class. Now I’m currently in my second pregnancy and continue to attend classes regularly, knowing the studio will be there for me through all stages and changes of my body. The teachings in the beginning of class are an added bonus that always left me feeling lighter and more grounded in my life. I am so happy I found this studio, every class offered is a great way to spend your time. I highly recommend trying a class!
