Alchemy House of Yoga

Excellent class! I was joining the class for the first time with 2 friends as we were not from the area. I had never taken a yoga class before and Rachel was very patient and helpful. She quickly and quietly made poses understandable by demonstrating beside us. It was an excellent class, and I especially loved the added peppermint treatment at the end of class!

Alchemy House is more than just a yoga studio, it is a community of like minded individuals all working towards a more integrated and well balanced lifestyle. The teachers here are supportive and nurturing. Yoga is for everyone, and you certainly feel welcomed as soon as your first class. No matter your insecurities or doubts, this studio gives you the opportunity to just be yourself, still the mind, and get back to your body and breath.

One of the very first things I did when I moved to the area was to look for a Yoga Studio so my practice wouldn't lapse during that busy time. I have been coming to Alchemy for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. There's a sense of belonging, balance and serenity. Gina is a wonderful instructor but all the other yogis are excellent also. They're starting a 5 week beginner's yoga session this month so if you've been wanting to try yoga, now is the time!

I am 70ish years old, and have been having facials for 40 years, more or less. This was one of the very best facials I have EVER received. Gina was friendly, professional, gentle and thorough. She not only tended my face, but gave me a wonderful shoulder and neck massage. Her studio was immaculate, tranquil, dimly lit, and comfortable. Her treatments are geared to your skin type/issues, and she discusses it with you prior to beginning. The (my) facial was one hour, and after I felt renewed; I was sure I sparkled! I will look forward to my next facial with Gina.

Fabulous experience and wonderful instructor. Gina is so good at addressing each individual in the class. I am so happy to get back to yoga and look forward to many classes ahead at Alchemy House of Yoga.
