Both my husband and I have been taking beginner yoga classes with Christine on Wednesdays. Christine is excellent at teaching yoga. It is very relaxing and if you are not able to do a position, she gives advice on what may work for you. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming! We love PunchKing Fitness!

Coach Rachael was outstanding. High energy gets all motivated. Never a dull class. Not only the Coach Rachael demonstrate the exercises she also is doing the exercises with you. Like true leaders should be. Coach Rachael does not have you do anything that she hasn't done herself. She is well knowledgeable in the boxing and she has everyone motivated with reaching your goal. Coach Rachael runs very safe and high impact classes. Every Coach has their own techniques of coaching they are all great.

I love taking classes at Punch King Fitness! The coaches are the absolute best. They are motivating and encouraging. They truly make fitness fun. There are many different classes to choose from so there is something for everyone. I have been a member since opening day and it just keeps getting better!

I've been to two classes so far, one boxing and one HIIT. They've both been very engaging, great workouts. The coaches have been encouraging and will work with your fitness level. I look forward to getting more classes under my belt.
