We are visiting for a week and as my brother is a gym rat, we were looking for a gym to get our work out in. We first thought it was closed because nobody picked up the phone but upon stopping by, we saw that it was open. We are so happy with this gym as it’s within walking distance and it has everything and then more that we need. We also love that it’s 24/7 and the fees are incredibly customer friendly. Thank you!

Only giving one star because it’s not possible to give zero. I spent some time with my dad down here and this was the only gym. About a week in advance I sent an email to the gym asking if they’re powerlifting friendly and clearly they aren’t. No matter what time I went here any day there was never anyone at the desk. I also got huge cuts all over my back from one of the barbells slipping off my back. All of the barbells here are bad and should’ve been tossed ages ago since they all are smooth and rusty. The only good thing about this gym is leaving, the roof tiles have mold/water damaging, there are roaches, flies, ants, house centipedes and moths. The outdoor section looks like a junkyard with flipped over equipment, broken mirrors, rusty ezcurl bars, and torn up tarp. 100% not safe. They have dumbbells that are marked with the planet fitness logo too which I found strange. If you are ever in the Cape May area and need to go to a gym, please do what I did and travel out of town to train instead of going here. Sucks I can’t get a refund of my $40 week pass(which is what I pay in a month at my home gym wolf fitness Northfield) because going to this gym was 100% a waste of time.

This place has no security or employees working, ever. The door is always unlocked and anyone can come in and workout for free if they'd like. The equipment is falling apart. Everything squeeks, is rusty, malfunctioning, or inoperable. There are massive holes underneath the rubber mats that can cause physical harm. There is no air circulation, not even fans on the ceiling. The cleaning solution they use is Windex lol. The only reason it's still in business is because it's the only gym in CMCH currently. I suggest going elsewhere.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff makes you feel like you’re right at home and helps you with anything you need. It is very comfortable inside with clean, organized equipment and machines. Very affordable and is right in the heart of courthouse. I would never go to another gym, it feels like home. Open 24 hours so I’m able to go in any time at all. Well worth it, highly recommended, best gym I’ve ever been to

Great gym, smaller but very friendly! They are one of the only gyms down here to offer 24/7 while offering affordable pricing. Fabio has been super helpful with motivation while giving notes for my core strength! I'll keep sending people over 🙂
