I’ve known Miguel for years as a fellow martial artist and I can assure you that he is a great person, an outstanding teacher and a very, very capable martial artist. People often ask me about what to look for in picking a school. For me there is always one specific criterion to look for; meet the instructor and decide if this is the person you want to spend time with and learn from. Meet him and I assure you that you will be glad you met him. You will learn focus, discipline, and humility and of course become an excellent Karate practitioner. When he had his dojo in Bayonne, NJ, I personally recommended many students, adults and children, to his Karate dojo.

Took a lovely slow flow yoga class with Wayne. The class was equal parts invigorating, calming, and fun. Wayne is an awesome teacher! Studio is beautiful-padded floors were a great touch to aid in comfort. Highly recommend!

I send my kids here for karate and I am convinced this is the best instruction they can get anywhere in the area
