Forever Hart Fit

i joined this gym because of the trainers and because it was an all women’s gym. I loved the trainers and the people I worked out alongside with. however, the owner is a horrible person. very egotistical, all she cares about is posting selfies of herself on social media, taking videos of herself personal training clients and not focusing on her clients at all. too self absorbed in herself and does not even do the workouts correctly. could be dangerous for clients. do not recommend giving any money to this business. - to address what the owner responded to : I did not leave because of a trainer being my friend, left because of the owner. And the 20% of social media presence can be done on your personal page vs the forever hart fit business page, though i don’t have to see it anymore since I was “blocked from the business page for leaving a bad review

While the instructors and gym members are amazing, inspiring and so kind, the owner is none of those things. She is a bully and practices unfair and unethical business practices, and does not appreciate nor treat her employees OR paying members with dignity and respect. The owner would benefit greatly by practicing some humility, learning about the importance of customer service as it relates to member & instructor retention and even some training on the English language as her communications create much confusion and ambiguity. What a shame. Could be a great gym if not for the owner.

I joined several months and attend classes at the Medford location. The staff and other members are friendly and supportive. They all make the classes fun to attend. No matter your fitness level, you will get will a great workout as the instructors make modifications to fit your needs.

Forever Hart Fit was the perfect “fit” for my daughter this summer. She was looking for personal trainer classes to stay fit as a young athlete. Gina was so encouraging, kind, and patient from the start! I highly recommend Forever Hart Fit for any young athletes.

Love all the classes! The instructors are all amazing! Love the modifications so I can do the best work out possible for me! Everyone is so nice and motivating! Highly Recommend FHF. - This review is no longer how I feel! Until I left this gym I didn’t realize how far behind I was in fitness! Classes will be canceled and you don’t get anything in return.
