Jaffer is honestly amazing at teaching and drilling fundamentals and building off of that to help you understand how to use combos to control the movement of your opponent. I started with him years ago. Took a long break and picked dup at a different gym to to location change and my new trainer constantly compliments the base I have. When I am back in NJ I never fail to schedule time with Jaffer to keep me conditioned and at top fitness. Highly recommend.

I have been to a few different gyms, but after coming to BGMT, I will never step foot in another gym. Jaffer is not only a knowledgable trainer, he genuinely cares about all of his clients, like we're part of his family. He pushes people to do and be their best, because he knows what they're capable of. He has experience in Muay Thai, kickboxing, kettle bells and other forms of fitness, as well as nutrition. I've trained with him off and on for the past few years, and there are no trainers like him. You won't regret joining BGMT. Welcome home!

Probably the best decision I've ever made regarding my physical fitness was to be trained by Coach Jaffer to learn kickboxing. I started out with private lessons then trained with the team once I got better. Coach knows what he's talking about and has the experience, physique, and belts to back it up. He knows what you're capable of and will push you to points you never thought you could reach. He will provide constructive criticism when needed but only because he knows how good you can be, and will end all sessions with encouraging words and a smile on his face. I'm in better shape now than I've ever been and have a ton of fun every single time I step into that gym. Aside from kickboxing, Coach Jaffer can also provide you with strength training, conditioning, and nutrition consultation. If you want to get in great shape, have fun while doing it, and be supported by a trainer who never gives up on you and a group of people who only surrounds you with encouraging words and positivity, look no further than BGMT.

Coach Jaffer is very enthusiastic and good at what he does. I feel very comfortable during our sessions and he makes it fun. I play lacrosse and field hockey in high school and he helps me improve my strength and endurance!

He is a highly skilled fighter that knows how to covey his knowledge and experience into building a unique program for each individual student. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get in shape or become professional fighter.
